Direct to Product

Direct to Product is a branding technique where the design or logo is applied directly onto the surface of a product, without the use of additional materials such as stickers or labels. It’s commonly used in merchandising to create a sleek, durable, and professional look.

How Direct to Product Works:

Design Creation:

Your logo or design is prepared digitally, often using a specialized software to ensure it fits the shape and size of the product.
Printing or Engraving:

Depending on the product material, the design is printed or engraved directly onto the surface. This can be done using various methods, including:

UV Printing: A high-quality, full-colour printing method where UV light is used to cure the ink directly onto the product.
Laser Engraving: For metal, glass, or wood products, a laser removes the top layer of the product surface to create a permanent design.
Pad Printing: A flexible method that transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the product, ideal for irregular surfaces.
Screen Printing: Suitable for larger, flat surfaces where ink is applied directly through a mesh screen.

Application Process:

The product is carefully aligned in the machine to ensure that the branding is placed accurately, then the design is applied. The surface of the product is treated to ensure the ink, engraving, or other branding adheres properly.
